Reeracoen Recruitment is proud to present an exciting opportunity for a talented Sales Executive to join our client, a leading Japanese marine engineering firm. This role is crucial for driving business growth and expanding the company's presence in the competitive marine industry.
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving ambitious sales targets. You will work closely with a dedicated team to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with the company's goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the marine sector.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profitability.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Collaborate with the technical team to provide tailored solutions to clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Marine Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the marine industry or related engineering sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of marine engineering concepts and industry dynamics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Japanese is an added advantage.
This is a full-time position based in the West Region of Singapore. The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary package of $4,000 to $5,000 per month, along with other benefits.
