- Conduct proactive prospecting and lead generation to identify new business opportunities in material handling sector
- Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements while maintaining profitability
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new key accounts
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts using CRM systems
- Collaborate with technical teams to provide customized solutions
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in material handling or industrial equipment
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with complex B2B transactions
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office Suite
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Valid driver's license with willingness for occasional client visits
