Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales and rental of forklifts, port equipment, reach trucks, and AI robotics solutions to industrial clients
- Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market analysis
- Prepare customized sales proposals and quotations aligned with client operational needs
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical consultations for material handling equipment
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Collaborate with technical teams to provide comprehensive solution support
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new market opportunities
- Prepare monthly sales reports and forecasts for management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2-3 years in B2B sales, preferably in material handling equipment or industrial machinery
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets with commission-based compensation
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills with technical product knowledge
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license with willingness for regional client visits
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency preferred
- Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally
