Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth for mechanical components and machinery.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the target market and industry sectors.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, needs analysis, proposal presentation, and contract negotiation.
- Build and maintain long-term, profitable relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct technical product presentations and demonstrate the value proposition of our mechanical solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the product and technical teams to ensure client needs are met.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and activity logs on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Participate in industry trade shows and networking events to enhance brand visibility.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the mechanical components, engineering, or machinery industry.
- Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and industrial component applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade clients.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid Singapore Driver’s License and willingness to travel for client meetings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
