PT Satu Dental Indonesia is rapidly expanding, and we are looking for a dedicated Sales Executive to spearhead our growth in the Semarang region. In this pivotal role, you will be the face of our premium medical equipment, building lasting relationships with clinics, hospitals, and dental practitioners.

You will receive comprehensive training on our product portfolio and have the autonomy to manage your pipeline strategically. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the medical and dental clinic sector in Semarang and surrounding areas.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and presentations for healthcare professionals and clinic owners.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and cold calling to contract negotiation and closing.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to serve as a subject matter expert for clients.
- Build and sustain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare regular sales reports, market analysis, and forecasting for the management team.
- Represent PT Satu Dental Indonesia at medical exhibitions, seminars, and industry conferences.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Medical Science, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of professional experience in medical equipment sales, pharmaceutical sales, or B2B medical supply chain.
- Deep understanding of the dental/medical industry landscape in Central Java is highly preferred.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
- Highly self-motivated with a proven history of meeting or exceeding quarterly sales targets.
- Possess a valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software for pipeline management.
