In this role, you will be the face of Mercedes-Benz, providing unparalleled service to our discerning clientele and driving growth for one of the most iconic marques in history.

As a Sales Executive, you will manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to final delivery. We are looking for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and possess the charm, expertise, and determination to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales volume targets.
  • Provide a premium customer experience by conducting professional vehicle consultations, presentations, and test drives.
  • Proactively cultivate and manage a robust pipeline of prospective luxury car buyers through networking and CRM management.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the latest Mercedes-Benz vehicle specifications, features, and financing options.
  • Conduct professional vehicle handovers, ensuring customers are fully educated on their new vehicle's advanced technology.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including finance and after-sales, to ensure seamless customer service and delivery.
  • Participate in roadshows, exhibitions, and promotional events to increase brand visibility in the Cheras region.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven track record of success in automotive sales, luxury retail, or high-end service industries.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build long-term client relationships.
  • A results-oriented mindset with the drive to consistently meet aggressive sales KPIs.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor, consistent with the Mercedes-Benz luxury brand identity.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a high-pressure sales environment.
  • Possess a valid driving license and a clean driving record.
  • Candidate must be fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in other local dialects is an added advantage.
