As a Sales Executive, you will manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to final delivery. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales volume targets.
- Provide a premium customer experience by conducting professional vehicle consultations, presentations, and test drives.
- Proactively cultivate and manage a robust pipeline of prospective luxury car buyers through networking and CRM management.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the latest Mercedes-Benz vehicle specifications, features, and financing options.
- Conduct professional vehicle handovers, ensuring customers are fully educated on their new vehicle's advanced technology.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including finance and after-sales, to ensure seamless customer service and delivery.
- Participate in roadshows, exhibitions, and promotional events to increase brand visibility in the Cheras region.
Kualifikasi
- Proven track record of success in automotive sales, luxury retail, or high-end service industries.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build long-term client relationships.
- A results-oriented mindset with the drive to consistently meet aggressive sales KPIs.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, consistent with the Mercedes-Benz luxury brand identity.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a high-pressure sales environment.
- Possess a valid driving license and a clean driving record.
- Candidate must be fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in other local dialects is an added advantage.
