  • Proactively identify and onboard new merchants for GoPay payment services through strategic canvassing and referrals
  • Develop and execute merchant acquisition plans to exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
  • Conduct comprehensive merchant needs assessments to tailor GoPay product demonstrations
  • Guide merchants through seamless onboarding processes, ensuring technical setup and training completion
  • Maintain detailed CRM records of merchant interactions, pipeline status, and sales activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve merchant inquiries and ensure service quality
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine acquisition strategies

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, merchant acquisition, or business development
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills with ability to articulate technical solutions
  • Familiarity with fintech or payment systems (GoPay experience preferred)
