Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for Mie Mapan.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and bulk orders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure long-term loyalty.
- Conduct market research to monitor trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and growth projections to management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in the F&B, Ritel, or hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a confident, persuasive demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general sales reporting tools.
- Resilient personality with a 'can-do' attitude and willingness to work in the field.
- Domiciled in or willing to work in Surabaya.
