- Assist and engage with walk-in clients, offering expert product knowledge and personalized recommendations for our flooring solutions.
- Promote, explain, and demonstrate the features and benefits of our comprehensive product lines to drive sales.
- Develop and implement proactive sales strategies to meet and exceed individual and branch revenue targets.
- Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure customer loyalty and repeat business.
- Prepare accurate sales documentation, including quotations, invoices, and orders.
- Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing showroom to enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve overall branch objectives and foster a positive work culture.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage but not required for exceptional candidates.
- Proven experience in a sales role, ideally within the retail, construction, or home improvement industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Highly target-oriented with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and collaborate within a team.
- Proficient in basic computer applications such as MS Office.
- Must be willing to work and reside in or near Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro.
