Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Proactively identify and prospect new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Conduct professional sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential corporate clients.
  • Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and contract fulfillment.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management review.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B or corporate sales.
  • Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license and ownership of a private vehicle is mandatory.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while on the road.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales KPIs.
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to represent an MNC brand effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is preferred.
