Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Proactively identify and prospect new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Conduct professional sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential corporate clients.
- Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and contract fulfillment.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management review.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B or corporate sales.
- Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license and ownership of a private vehicle is mandatory.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while on the road.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales KPIs.
- Professional demeanor with the ability to represent an MNC brand effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is preferred.
