Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within the Modern Trade channel.
- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with store managers and key decision-makers at assigned outlets.
- Conduct regular market visits to ensure planogram compliance, stock availability, and promotional execution.
- Analyze sales data and retail metrics to identify market trends and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the distribution and logistics teams to ensure timely product replenishment.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, competitor activity, and market insights for management review.
- Manage trade promotions effectively to maximize ROI and increase brand visibility.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive in the Modern Trade (MT) channel within the FMCG industry.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex sales data.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data tracking and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned region.
- Deep understanding of the FMCG market landscape in East Java.
