Are you a driven Sales Professional looking to make an impact in the FMCG industry? Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya is seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive Modern Trade to join our dynamic team. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality food products to consumers across Indonesia, and we need a strategic thinker to manage our relationships with hypermarkets, supermarkets, and modern convenience stores.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the execution of sales strategies and the management of key accounts. You will act as the bridge between Garudafood and our retail partners, ensuring our products are positioned for maximum visibility and sales success. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets within the Modern Trade channel (Hypermarkets & Supermarkets).
- Manage and maintain relationships with key accounts, including major retail chains and distributors.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure product availability, correct display, and compliance with merchandising standards.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market share within assigned territories.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute trade promotions and in-store activities.
- Analyze sales performance data and market trends to provide actionable insights to management.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts on a regular basis.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in FMCG sales, specifically within the Modern Trade sector.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools is an advantage.
- Valid Driver's License and willingness to travel within the assigned region.
- Fluent in Indonesian and professional proficiency in English.
