Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for modern trade channels including hypermarkets, supermarkets, and convenience stores
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and store management
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify new opportunities
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective planning and execution
  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure optimal product placement and visibility
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, market analysis, and business forecasts
  • Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional activities for modern trade channels
  • Provide feedback on product performance and suggest improvements to product offerings

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (All majors considered)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in modern trade channels
  • Strong understanding of the Indonesian retail landscape and modern trade operations
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
  • Ability to analyze market data and make data-driven decisions
