As our Sales Executive, you will be the key driver behind strengthening our distribution network, building deep-rooted relationships with dealers, modern trade partners, and baby specialty stores throughout Penang and wider Malaysia.
Role Overview: Based in Penang and reporting to the Sales Manager, this role focuses on driving sell-through, managing channel relationships, and uncovering new business opportunities across modern trade, online platforms, and general trade channels. Your strategic input will directly influence our market share and brand loyalty within this rewarding sector. We expect you to be the voice of the customer and the face of Uni Life in the market.
We are looking for a consultant seller who can think strategically. You will be responsible for crafting and executing sales plans that align with our brand vision, achieving ambitious sales targets, and ensuring our premium range of baby products is the first choice for parents. Your ability to train retail staff on product knowledge and brand values will be essential in creating unforgettable customer experiences. You will provide crucial feedback to our marketing and product teams, helping to shape the future of baby care in Malaysia.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve volume and market share objectives for the Mom & Baby Care division across Penang and selected territories.
- Build, maintain, and expand strong business relationships with dealers, distributors, modern trade buyers, and baby specialty store owners.
- Actively communicate and execute trade marketing activities, promotional calendars, and new product launches to channel partners.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify sales trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities, providing strategic feedback to management.
- Monitor distributor inventory levels, coordinate replenishments, and resolve supply chain issues to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Train and motivate retail sales staff on product features, benefits, and brand story to enhance sell-through rates.
- Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, weekly reports, and annual business reviews to the Sales Manager.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2–3 years of proven sales experience in FMCG, Baby Products, Pharmaceuticals, or Consumer Goods is highly preferred.
- Established network of contacts with retailers and distributors within the Penang market is a strong plus.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and/or Mandarin (an advantage for dealing with diverse partners).
- Highly target-driven, independent, and capable of managing a sales territory with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with CRM software is desirable.
- Possess a valid driver's license and own vehicle, with willingness to travel extensively within the region.
