Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively engage with walk-in customers to understand their motorcycle needs and preferences.
- Provide expert product demonstrations, highlighting key features and technical specifications of our new motorcycle inventory.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial inquiry and test rides to closing the deal and documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting showroom floor to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Meet and exceed monthly individual and team sales quotas.
- Conduct follow-up calls and messages to prospective leads to nurture relationships and drive repeat business.
- Stay informed on the latest motorcycle models, current promotions, and competitor offerings.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent; college-level education or a degree in Marketing or Business is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, retail, or a customer-facing role (experience in motorcycle or automotive sales is preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in both Filipino and English.
- Strong negotiation skills and a confident, professional demeanor.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Basic computer literacy for processing sales reports and documentation.
- A genuine passion for motorcycles and the riding community.
