As a Sales Executive, you will be the face of our brand, helping customers find the perfect ride while maximizing dealership sales. Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively engage with walk-in and online customers to identify their motorcycle preferences and needs.
- Provide comprehensive product demonstrations, highlighting features and benefits of our trendy motorcycle lineup.
- Manage the entire sales process from initial inquiry to unit turnover and after-sales support.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our current inventory, pricing, and promotional offers to provide accurate information.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly individual and team sales targets.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with leads to nurture potential customers and ensure high conversion rates.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting showroom environment to enhance the customer experience.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in automotive or retail sectors.
- High School Diploma, Vocational Course, or College level/degree holder in any field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy for processing sales documents and inventory tracking.
- Willingness to work on weekends and holidays as needed by the business.
- Residing in or near Salawag, Cavite is a significant advantage.
- Passion for motorcycles and an interest in the local automotive market.
