Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive sales growth
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in assigned territories
- Present and sell company's publishing products and services to potential clients
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in publishing or media industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license with own transportation (for field sales)
