- Promote and sell vehicles through consultative selling techniques while highlighting unique features and benefits
- Guide customers through the entire purchasing journey including test drives, financing options, and paperwork
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Analyze customer needs and recommend optimal vehicle solutions aligned with their budget and lifestyle
- Collaborate with marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and sales initiatives
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales data in CRM systems
- Stay updated on product specifications, promotions, and competitive market intelligence
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years proven sales experience, preferably in automotive or retail sectors
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation with ability to handle objections effectively
