As a Sales Executive, you will act as a trusted advisor to prospective clients, helping them optimize their fleet operations, improve security, and reduce costs through Cartrack's industry-leading technology. You will manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction along the way.
Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and field sales activities within the NCR.
- Present and demonstrate Cartrack's fleet management and telematics solutions to potential B2B clients.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to address their operational and logistical challenges.
- Negotiate contract terms and close sales to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using our CRM system.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to build long-term relationships and encourage referrals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-3 years of successful sales experience, preferably in B2B sales, SaaS, telematics, or automotive industries.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets with a hunger for uncapped commissions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong self-motivation, resilience, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, field-based environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and pipeline management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or any related field is a plus.
