Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new clients in the Ocean and Air freight sectors.
- Provide accurate and competitive shipping quotations, including detailed rates and transit times, to prospective customers.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial lead generation and contact to contract negotiation and closing.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention, repeat business, and account growth.
- Coordinate closely with operations and documentation teams to ensure seamless service delivery and problem resolution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry changes to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to track performance against targets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or Logistics.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the logistics, freight forwarding, or export/import industry.
- Strong understanding of Ocean and Air freight operations, Incoterms, and shipping documentation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Valid driving license is an advantage.
