Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for IVD medical devices in the Bali region
- Build and maintain relationships with key healthcare stakeholders including hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical training for medical professionals
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through effective client acquisition and retention
- Collaborate with marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field
- Minimum 3 years proven experience in medical device sales (IVD experience preferred)
- Strong network within Bali's healthcare sector (hospitals, clinics, labs)
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Valid driver's license and willingness for regional travel
