- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly targets for outdoor products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and key accounts
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide expert advice to customers
- Research market trends and identify new growth opportunities in outdoor sector
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional campaigns
- Train staff on product features and sales techniques
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in outdoor/sports retail
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with B2B experience
- Valid Malaysian driver's license and willingness for field travel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Passion for outdoor activities and product knowledge
