Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for industrial/construction products in assigned territories
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, engineers, and procurement professionals
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to highlight value propositions
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with product teams to provide customer feedback and market insights
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through effective lead generation and conversion
Kualifikasi
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in construction/industrial products
- Strong understanding of Singapore's industrial and construction sectors
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Diploma or degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Valid Singapore driving license (for client site visits)
