As a Sales Executive, you will manage and expand our network of retail partners, tackle shops, and distributors. You will act as the face of Pioneer Tackle in the region, introducing innovative new product lines, executing regional sales strategies, and ensuring maximum brand visibility. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and grow the existing B2B client portfolio of tackle shops and distributors across Pahang, Kelantan, and Terengganu.
- Actively prospect and onboard new retail accounts to expand Pioneer Tackle's market share in the East Coast region.
- Conduct regular field visits to clients to showcase new product arrivals, negotiate orders, and secure optimal shelf space.
- Analyze regional market trends, monitor competitor activity, and provide feedback to the management team.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and collection KPIs.
- Coordinate with the logistics and customer service teams to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.
- Represent the brand at regional fishing events, exhibitions, and product demonstration campaigns.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in outdoor sales, FMCG, B2B sales, or retail account management.
- An active interest in angling, fishing, or outdoor recreational sports is highly advantageous.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote/field-based setup.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Possess a valid driver's license and own transport, with the willingness to travel extensively across the East Coast region.
- Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English; the ability to speak local dialects is a definite asset.
- Results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to hit targets and maximize commission earnings.
