Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies for paint products in the Sampang territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, and retailers
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends
- Present product demonstrations and technical specifications to potential clients
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Coordinate with marketing team to execute promotional activities
- Ensure customer satisfaction through after-sales support and relationship management
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in building materials or paint industry
- Deep knowledge of the Madura market, particularly Sampang area
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Valid driver's license with willingness to travel within assigned territory
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree in business or marketing preferred
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications
