About the Role

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will take full ownership of your sales territory.

A Day in the Life
A typical day involves conducting market research, following up on leads, meeting prospective clients at their offices or homes, and presenting our course catalog. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and engage potential students, professionals, and corporate partners across the Palembang region.
- Conduct consultative product presentations and needs analysis to showcase the value of our educational programs.
- Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement local outreach campaigns and events.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead qualification to contract negotiation and closing.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and activity reports using CRM systems.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in any discipline. A background in Business, Marketing, or Education is a plus.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in a direct sales role, preferably within the education, training, or service industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia. Proficiency in English is highly advantageous.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and resilient when facing rejection.
- Possesses a valid SIM C/A and owns a personal vehicle for client visits within the Sumatera Selatan area.
- Deep understanding of the local market landscape in Palembang and surrounding areas.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
