Tanggung Jawab
- Develop new business opportunities and expand client base in Palembang region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and prospects
- Present product solutions tailored to client needs and close sales deals
- Exceed monthly sales targets through strategic planning and execution
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop effective sales campaigns
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in consumer goods or technology sector
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is advantageous
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and collaboratively
