Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic B2B sales plans for pulp and paper products
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the paper industry
- Conduct product presentations and negotiate contracts to achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with supply chain team to ensure seamless order fulfillment
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years B2B sales experience, preferably in pulp/paper industry
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Deep understanding of paper industry products and market dynamics
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Excellent communication in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Willingness to travel throughout Riau region
