We are currently seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to take full ownership of our sales operations in the key territories of Pateros and Pasay. In this highly visible, client-facing role, you will be the primary ambassador of the Orro Home brand. Your mission will be to cultivate strong, lasting relationships with dealers and retailers, identify untapped business opportunities, and drive significant revenue growth. Tanggung Jawab
- Actively promote and sell Orro Home’s complete range of products to assigned dealers, retailers, and target clients in Pateros and Pasay.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by providing exceptional service and expert product knowledge.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities to expand the company’s market share within the assigned territory.
- Conduct compelling product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for dealer and retailer staff.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide actionable insights to the management team.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, daily activity reports, and client records for management review.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the logistics and customer service teams to ensure timely delivery and complete client satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or any related field.
- At least 1 to 2 years of proven fieldwork sales experience, ideally within the home, furniture, retail, or consumer goods industry.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and adept at working independently in a field-based environment.
- Willing to conduct daily field visits and travel extensively within the Pateros and Pasay areas.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and own a motorcycle (required for field mobility).
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
- Fluency in both English and Filipino is required.
