Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the retail, e-commerce, and F&B sectors.
  • Present and demonstrate our payment gateway solutions to prospective business owners and decision-makers.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and cold calling to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Conduct professional product demonstrations and customized proposal presentations.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide accurate weekly sales forecasts to management.
  • Collaborate with the technical and onboarding teams to ensure a seamless merchant integration experience.
  • Stay updated on local Fintech trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes in Malaysia.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in Fintech, SaaS, or payment processing.
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills in English and Malay (Mandarin proficiency is a strong plus).
  • Strong ability to build rapport with clients and handle complex objections.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and own transport for client meetings in the KL area.
