CelcomDigi is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Ipoh, Perak. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving our sales performance by effectively engaging and supporting our assigned sales channels. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with key partners, and ensuring that our products and services achieve maximum penetration in the local market.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Drive and achieve individual and team sales targets within the designated territory of Ipoh and surrounding areas.
  • Identify, acquire, and develop new retail partners (shoppes/retailers) to expand CelcomDigi’s market presence.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and provide support to existing partners to maximize their sales performance and inventory turnover.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to provide strategic insights and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Organize and participate in promotional activities, roadshows, and events to boost brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure the proper implementation of promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Resolve partner queries and complaints efficiently to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or any related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in direct sales, channel sales, or retail management within the telecommunications or FMCG industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a persuasive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools is an added advantage.
  • Valid driving license and own transportation are mandatory for this field-based role.
