We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team in Teluk Intan, Perak. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving sales performance through effective engagement and support of our assigned sales channels. You will act as a brand ambassador, ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service while achieving individual and team sales targets. Tanggung Jawab
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs by effectively identifying and acquiring new customers.
- Manage and develop assigned sales channels to maximize revenue and brand visibility.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of CelcomDigi services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new customers to ensure retention and loyalty.
- Analyze local market trends and competitor activities in the Teluk Intan region to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to execute promotional activities and campaigns effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the telecommunications or FMCG industry.
- Possess a valid driving license and own transport (essential for field sales activities).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse customer segments.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field is preferred.
