U Mobile is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive based in Perlis & Kedah to manage our dealer network and boost sales performance. In this role, you will be the face of U Mobile in the field, ensuring our products reach our customers effectively.
You will conduct daily visits to assigned phone shop dealers, ensuring optimal stock levels and promoting our latest data plans and devices. Your ability to build strong relationships with dealers will be key to our success. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily field visits to assigned phone shop dealers in Perlis and Kedah.
- Ensure adequate stock levels of U Mobile SIM cards, devices, and accessories in retail outlets.
- Maximize sales revenue by actively promoting and selling U Mobile data plans and value-added services.
- Maintain professional relationships with dealer partners to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Ensure all marketing materials and displays in partner shops are updated and in good condition.
- Resolve dealer queries, complaints, and operational issues promptly to maintain a positive partnership.
- Update daily sales reports and inventory records accurately.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Malaysian driving license (essential for outdoor sales coverage).
- Own transport (motorcycle or car) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, retail, or distribution is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Basic computer literacy for reporting purposes.
