- Actively identify and engage potential clients for personal loan products through various channels
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand clients' financial requirements and present suitable loan options
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high-quality service standards
- Complete all necessary documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Participate in regular sales training and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques

- Continuously update knowledge of loan products, industry trends, and competitive offerings
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in any field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities with a results-driven mindset
- Proven track record in sales (prior experience in financial services is an advantage)
