Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to increase market share within the pet industry.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities, including retail partners and distributors.
- Maintain and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer loyalty.
- Conduct professional product presentations and demos to prospective buyers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
- Provide insightful feedback to the management team regarding customer needs and market demands.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles (fresh graduates with a strong drive are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and own transport for client visits.
- A genuine passion for pets and an interest in the pet care industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM tools.
