Are you a passionate sales professional with a love for pets? Santeh Feeds Corporation is looking for a driven Sales Executive to join our team in Cebu City. We are a leader in the animal nutrition industry, and we are looking for a proactive individual to help us expand the footprint of our premium Petchola dog food product line.
In this role, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with clients and partners to showcase the nutritional excellence of Petchola. You will have the autonomy to identify new market opportunities, nurture long-term professional relationships, and drive revenue growth in the Cebu region. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market share for Petchola pet food products.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential retail clients and partners.
- Conduct regular sales visits to provide product education and ensure optimal brand visibility.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products to clients.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG or pet food industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong understanding of the retail landscape in Cebu.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel within the territory.
- A genuine passion for pets and animal nutrition is a major plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
