Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the plastics, chemicals, or industrial manufacturing industries.
  • Strong understanding of polymers, resins, or related industrial materials is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
