Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Port Klang and surrounding industrial regions.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients through regular site visits and professional account management.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales quotas as defined by management.
- Coordinate with internal operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts in the company CRM.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, or logistics sectors.
- Strong communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and preferably Mandarin/Cantonese to engage with diverse clientele.
- Possess a valid driving license and own transport for client visits.
- Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM software.
