Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for precast concrete products and solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, and developers
- Present product demonstrations and technical specifications to potential clients
- Prepare and negotiate sales contracts to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with technical team to develop customized solutions for complex projects
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in construction materials or B2B environment
- Strong knowledge of precast concrete products and construction industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid Malaysian driver's license with willingness to travel for client meetings
