- Proactively identify and secure sales for new and pre-owned luxury, super cars, and exotic cars
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
- Conduct thorough vehicle demonstrations and provide detailed product information
- Negotiate pricing, financing options, and trade-ins to close deals
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new product offerings
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Collaborate with the finance and service departments to ensure smooth transaction processes
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators
Kualifikasi
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the automotive or luxury goods industry
- Strong knowledge of luxury, super cars, and exotic cars
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with high-net-worth clients
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
