Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the project segment, including residential developments, hotels, and corporate offices.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders such as architects, interior designers, developers, and main contractors.
- Manage the entire sales process from initial inquiry and product selection to quotation, negotiation, and final contract signing.
- Conduct professional product presentations and site visits to ensure technical specifications are accurately met.
- Collaborate closely with internal technical and logistics teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming property developments to stay ahead of the curve.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets as set by the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in project-based sales, preferably within the building materials, furniture, or sanitary ware industry.
- Strong existing network within the Singaporean architecture and design community.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Highly self-motivated with a proactive approach to lead generation and relationship management.
- Ability to interpret floor plans and technical drawings is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using CRM software to track sales pipelines.
