In this role, you will be the face of our company, responsible for cultivating relationships with developers, architects, contractors, and interior designers. You will play a pivotal role in driving project-based sales, providing technical expertise, and ensuring our products are specified in major construction projects across the region. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with developers, architects, interior designers, and contractors.
- Identify and pursue new project sales opportunities to expand our market share in the building material sector.
- Provide technical product consultation and customized solutions to meet specific project requirements.
- Prepare and present professional sales proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Coordinate with internal logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets assigned by the management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project sales, preferably within the building materials, tiles, or construction industry.
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or Civil Engineering is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of the construction project life cycle and procurement processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Possess a valid driver's license and own transportation for client visits.
- Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings is highly preferred.
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
