As a Sales Executive, you will act as the face of our company, engaging with high-net-worth individuals and investors. You will be provided with the training and infrastructure needed to excel in a competitive market. We are looking for individuals who are not just chasing quotas, but building long-term relationships and delivering exceptional value to our clients.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct professional property presentations and site tours for prospective buyers and investors.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through proactive networking and referral channels.
- Provide expert advice on property investment trends, market dynamics, and project value propositions.
- Negotiate terms and facilitate the end-to-end sales process, from initial inquiry to contract signing.
- Attend property expos, roadshows, and corporate events to represent the Macrolink brand.
- Maintain CRM databases with accurate client interaction records and follow-up schedules.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in property sales or high-ticket luxury goods.
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (highly preferred for regional investor relations).
- Strong understanding of the Johor property market and current real estate regulations.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently or within a team.
- Professional grooming and an ability to build rapport with diverse client segments.
- Possess own transport and valid driver's license.
