Tanggung Jawab

  • Proactively promote and sell ParkCity property developments to potential buyers.
  • Conduct professional property presentations and site tours for prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a seamless sales process from booking to handover.
  • Participate in sales events, property roadshows, and marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports and documentation in accordance with company standards.

Kualifikasi

  • Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply; prior sales experience is an added advantage.
  • Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in any field.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (knowledge of Mandarin is a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Highly self-motivated, proactive, and willing to work on weekends or public holidays as required.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a high-performing team.
  • Possess own transport and valid driving license.
