Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for apartments, landed houses, and commercial units.
- Conduct professional presentations and site tours for prospective clients, highlighting unique selling points of our properties.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients and potential investors to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Actively perform lead generation through networking, social media marketing, and community outreach in the Medan area.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to provide actionable insights for sales improvement.
- Ensure all sales documentation and administrative processes are handled accurately and in compliance with company standards.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the handover process.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in any field, preferably Marketing, Communication, or Business.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in property sales or a related high-ticket retail/consultative sales role.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and ability to communicate confidently; proficiency in English or local dialects is a plus.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working towards performance-based targets.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays, based on client requirements.
- Deep understanding of the Medan property market and current real estate trends is highly preferred.
