Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial outreach to closing deals and post-sale follow-ups.
  • Conduct persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective corporate clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers to ensure high retention rates.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to achieve optimal profit margins for the company.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to develop effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular activity reports to the management team.
  • Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments within the Puchong region.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of at least 2 years in a sales or business development role.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with people at all organizational levels.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently under pressure.
  • Must possess a valid driving license and own transport for client visits within Selangor.
