Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships in the Pulau Madura territory
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities

Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (bachelor's preferred)
- 1+ years of sales experience in telecommunications or related field
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license (for territory coverage)
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and local dialects
