In this role, you will be the face of our premium property listings. You will engage with potential investors and homebuyers, guiding them through our diverse portfolio of real estate opportunities in Batam. We are looking for someone with high energy, excellent interpersonal skills, and an unwavering drive to close deals. If you possess a hunter mentality and a passion for property, we want to hear from you!

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Proactively generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
  • Conduct professional property viewings and site inspections for prospective clients.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects, ensuring consistent follow-up to convert interest into closed deals.
  • Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and relevant documentation with high attention to detail.
  • Provide market insights and consultation to clients regarding property values and investment potential in Batam.
  • Represent Mahkota Property Batam with professionalism, integrity, and excellent customer service at all times.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or higher in any field.
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in real estate, automotive, or luxury goods.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in Bahasa Indonesia (proficiency in English is a plus).
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to perform under pressure.
  • Must possess own motorcycle and a valid driver's license (SIM C).
  • Deep familiarity with the Batam area and its property development landscape.
  • Tech-savvy, comfortable using CRM tools and social media for lead generation.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
