Tanggung Jawab
- Market and promote refinancing products to potential clients across Nusa Tenggara Barat
- Identify and qualify leads through direct outreach, networking, and digital channels
- Conduct client needs analysis and present customized refinancing solutions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through strategic planning
- Collaborate with credit team to streamline application processes
- Prepare detailed sales reports and market analysis for management
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in financial services
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with proven track record
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Ability to work independently and meet performance metrics
- Valid driver's license and willingness for regional travel
