In this pivotal role, you will act as the primary ambassador for our high-quality renal medical solutions, driving growth across the North and Central Luzon regions.
As a Renal Sales Specialist, you will be the heartbeat of our commercial operations. You will build and nurture long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, conduct high-impact product presentations, and ensure our life-saving renal products reach the patients who need them most. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share for renal products within North and Central Luzon.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for hospitals, dialysis centers, and healthcare providers.
- Conduct professional product presentations and demonstrations to key decision-makers and clinical staff.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and clinical inquiry handling to closing and after-sales support.
- Provide regular market intelligence and competitor analysis to the management team.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through consistent follow-ups and product training sessions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for the renal product portfolio.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, Medical Technology, Biology, or any Business-related course.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales, preferably in the renal/dialysis sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence healthcare professionals.
- Resilient, highly motivated, and capable of working independently in the field.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within North and Central Luzon.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, customer-centric mindset.
